Nabyl Charania, Co-founder & CEO, Rokk3r Labs: Nabyl Charania is Co-Founder and CEO of Rokk3r Labs, where he shapes the global vision, direction, and expansion of the company. With a focus on methodically growing the Rokk3r Labs portfolio of companies and increasing portfolio valuation, Nabyl oversees investor relations, worldwide partnerships, and Rokk3r Labs’s intellectual property portfolio.
Previously, Nabyl was Director of Technology at Opence Inc., an enterprise technology company, where he led and managed the creation of SMS billing platforms, downloadable ringtone systems and global VoIP/SIP based call center architecture. He drove large-scale reductions in global deployment costs through smart IP based tools.Nabyl was instrumental in preparing the company for acquisition by Convergys, a global leader in human resources care. At Convergys, Nabyl was Director of Engineering, where he led a team of over 200 engineers and spearheaded key sales valued at over USD 1 Billion.
Nabyl holds a Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo. He is a sought-after visionary with a strong track record of building successful teams and companies. 

Lilia Luciano: Lilia is an accomplished journalist, documentary film director and literacy advocate. A TEDx Speaker, Huffington Post columnist and a One Billion Women Impact mentor, Luciano is the host and creative director of CoInspire in partnership with Rokk3r Labs. She is currently directing a feature documentary for HBO and has worked as a national correspondent for NBC News.

Brad Harrison: Brad Harrison is an entrepreneur and seasoned business development executive with a passion for technology, media, entertainment and lifestyle. 

Brad has a great deal of experience launching new ventures. While attending MIT, he worked as a Partner in a seed stage venture fund, ITU Ventures, and helped launch a joint MIT-Harvard incubator. During this experience, Brad worked at the earliest stages with many dynamic companies including Endeca Technologies.

While serving as Director of Media Strategy and Development at AOL, Brad co-authored 3 patents in search, geo-tagging, and personalization, with Edmund Fish, Senior Vice President and General Manager at AOL. Following AOL, Brad helped raise $40M in venture funding for a contextual online advertising network. Prior to launching his business career, Brad served in the United States Army for five years, earning both Airborne and Ranger qualifications and retired as Captain.

He resides in Tribeca with his wife, Angie, his son, Elvis and his daughter, Scout.

Jack Karabees: 

Karabees has spent the past 25 years successfully establishing and executing high-growth sales and marketing plans for enterprise data collection, analytics and automation-focused technology companies, including manufacturing and supply chain, large commercial real estate, and, most recently, healthcare and hospital operations. Jack currently serves as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Entic, a unique energy-specific technology platform designed to analyze and optimize consumption in all energy-consuming systems within any large enterprise.

Most recently, Jack was Executive Vice President of Operations and Sales with Itopia,, a cloud-based, rapid deployment platform for both cloud-enabled infrastructure and enterprise software applications. Prior to joining Itopia, Karabees was President and CEO of Consult A Doctor,, an enterprise healthcare technology and services company from start-up through their successful acquisition by Kleiner Perkins-backed Teladoc. Mr. Karabees previously held the titles of Executive Vice President for Hudson Capital,, a $1 Billion+ investment and real estate development firm, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing of eLabor, from start-up through acquisition by ADP, as well as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Enterprise Project through its acquisition by Microsoft. 

Mr. Karabees served honorably in the United States Air Force and is a contributor to and Board Member of the Enterprise Development Corporation of Florida, He is also the Co-Founder of the Miami Innovation Fund, dedicated to funding seed-stage companies in Miami and Dade County, FL.

Richard Swerdlow: 

Richard is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of web development and Internet marketing experience. He is responsible for the Company's strategic direction and operations. He founded and launched in 2006 as a global portal for condos and subsequently developed as an online real estate platform for single-family homes. Most recently he acquired which will launch in Q2 2015 as a commercial real estate marketplace.  Previously, Swerdlow founded Everything Wireless, the first consumer cataloger and Internet retailer which provided national distribution of wireless phones and accessories. He helped grow the company to $100 million in revenue and over 750,000 active customers before selling it to Federated Department Stores in 2000.

Swerdlow began his career practicing law in the Public Finance Department of Greenberg Traurig, Miami, Florida where he helped structure bond financing's for a variety of municipal clients as bond counsel and underwriter's counsel. He is a member of the New York and Florida Bar Associations and a licensed Real Estate Broker in multiple states.

Swerdlow has been interviewed and quoted as an expert in real estate and Internet marketing in various publications and media outlets including The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Miami Herald and affiliates of NBC and ABC. He has appeared as a guest on CBNC and Fox & Friends. He is mentor and judge for the University of Miami Business Plan Challenge.

Robert (Bob) Kelly: Robert Kelly is Chairman of The Sales Management Association, a global, cross-industry association for sales management and sales operations founded in 2008. The Sales Management Association serves members in 35+ countries with research, content, workshops, and peer networking, and hosts the annual Sales Force Productivity Conference each fall. 

From 2003 to 2009, Bob was vice president of sales operations and strategy at Genuine Parts Company (NYSE:GPC).  Previously, he was senior director of business planning, and director of marketing strategy at MCI WorldCom; and from 1994 to 1998 he was a management consultant in The Alexander Group’s sales force effectiveness practice, supporting clients in the technology, telecommunications, and healthcare industries. 

Bob is an adjunct faculty member at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in Atlanta, where he teaches a sales force effectiveness course to MBA students. Bob earned an MBA from Goizueta Business School, and a bachelor of arts in English literature from Washington and Lee University.
